Friendly, kind, helpful, happy people to mix with.
Starts on Thursdays at 12:45 pm every 2 weeks. Gentle exercise like chair Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong. After wards we have a get together with tea/coffee and biscuits included.
All our activities are free to older people.
